Reinhardt Conducts Online Instruction During Spring Semester
Reinhardt University is dedicated to ensuring a safe environment for our students, faculty and staff. The University administration, along with the Reinhardt COVID-19 Task Force, has evaluated all available information and have made the decision to conduct all spring and summer semester courses online.
While Reinhardt’s residential students are being encouraged to return to their primary residence to abide by guidance provided by the White House, we understand that not all students have a primary residence that can easily return to, including our international students.
Dining services are being provided and high-touch areas are being sanitized throughout the day, every day. We ask for your understanding and patience as we address this unprecedented emergency.
Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp issued a statewide Shelter in Place April 2 to be in effect through 11:59 p.m. April 30. This Shelter in Place order expired for most Georgia residents. Residents with chronic lung disease, moderate to severe asthma, severe heart disease, immunocompromised conditions, class III or severe obesity, patients with diabetes, liver disease, or kidney disease are to remain Sheltered in Place through June 12.
Gov. Kemp placed restrictions on the reopening of businesses through May 13 while encouraging everyone to stay 久游棋牌 when possible and observe strict social distancing rules. Students in University housing, like all other citizens, can leave their rooms for essential items, recreation and fitness while continuing social distancing practices and observing the guidelines set forth by the state of Georgia.
All face-to-face courses at Reinhardt University will maintain online instruction through spring and summer semesters.
